The challenge
Saunny was already selling on Shopify, but the product pages were holding the store back. Two problems compounded each other: the theme carried inefficiencies that made the pages slow to load, and the pages themselves were not built to convert. Shoppers were landing on a slow, undifferentiated product page at exactly the moment they were deciding whether to buy.
What we did
We focused where it mattered most, the product page, and worked on three fronts at once:
- Rebuilt the product page from the ground up, with a layout and content structure designed to guide shoppers toward a purchase.
- Fixed the theme performance issues that were dragging load times down, so the page renders faster on the devices most shoppers actually use.
- Layered in conversion optimization, tightening product messaging, navigation, and the path to add-to-cart.
