NetSuite integration experts
NetSuite and your store, in perfect sync.
We connect Oracle NetSuite to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, and Shopware, so orders, inventory, customers, and financials flow in real time, with no manual re-keying.
What we connect
- Real-time order and inventory sync
- Products, pricing, and customers mapped cleanly
- Fulfillment and financials automated
- Resilient, monitored connections
Why integrate NetSuite
One source of truth from cart to ledger
NetSuite runs your operations and finances. When your storefront talks to it in real time, you stop re-keying orders, overselling stock, and reconciling by hand.
Real-time data flow
Sales orders, inventory, customers, and fulfillment move between your storefront and NetSuite automatically, so every team works from the same live numbers.
Scales with volume
A resilient integration that keeps up as order volume, SKUs, and subsidiaries grow, instead of nightly batch jobs that fall behind.
Accurate and reconciled
Clean field mapping and error handling mean orders, taxes, and payments reconcile in NetSuite the first time, not after a month-end scramble.
Less manual work
Automating order entry, fulfillment updates, and financial posting removes the re-keying that slows your team and introduces mistakes.
What we deliver
How we build your NetSuite integration
Order-to-cash sync
Storefront orders flow into NetSuite as sales orders or cash sales, with payments, taxes, discounts, and shipping mapped to the right accounts for clean order-to-cash.
Inventory & fulfillment
Real-time inventory levels push to your store, and item fulfillments and tracking flow back, so stock stays accurate and customers get shipping updates automatically.
Product & pricing sync
Items, categories, pricing, and customer-specific price levels sync from NetSuite so your catalog and B2B pricing stay in step with the system of record.
Customers & subsidiaries
Customer and company records sync where you need them, with support for NetSuite OneWorld subsidiaries, multi-currency, and B2B account structures.
Connector or custom build
We implement iPaaS connectors like Celigo and Boomi where they fit, or build custom SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and RESTlet integrations when your workflows need it.
Monitoring & error handling
Retries, alerting, and reconciliation checks catch failures before they reach your customers or your books, and keep the sync healthy over time.
Platform-fluent
Connect NetSuite to the platform you run
We build your NetSuite integration on whichever storefront you run, using the right connectors and APIs for each.
Platform fit
When a NetSuite integration pays off
A NetSuite integration earns its keep when manual work between your store and your ERP starts costing you orders, accuracy, or time. If you run a low volume of simple orders, a lighter approach may fit, and we will tell you so.
High order volume
Manual order entry breaks down past a few dozen orders a day. Automation keeps order-to-cash fast and error-free at scale.
Complex inventory
Multiple warehouses, drop-ship, or subsidiaries where stock and fulfillment must stay accurate across every channel.
B2B and wholesale
Customer-specific pricing, credit terms, and account hierarchies that live in NetSuite and need to reach the storefront.
Finance-led operations
When accounting runs on NetSuite and every order must post cleanly for real-time revenue, tax, and margin visibility.

FAQ
NetSuite integration questions, answered
How does a NetSuite ecommerce integration work?
Your storefront and NetSuite exchange data through NetSuite web services (SuiteTalk REST and SOAP) and RESTlets, either via an iPaaS connector or a custom integration. Orders flow into NetSuite, while inventory, fulfillment, pricing, and customer data sync back to the store, on a real-time or scheduled basis depending on the workflow.
Should I use a connector like Celigo, or a custom integration?
Connectors such as Celigo or Boomi are fast to deploy and well suited to standard order, inventory, and item flows. A custom SuiteTalk or RESTlet build makes sense when you have non-standard workflows, heavy customization, or need tighter control. We assess your requirements and recommend whichever gives you the most reliable result for the lowest long-term cost.
Can you connect NetSuite to Shopify, Adobe Commerce, or BigCommerce?
Yes. We integrate NetSuite with Shopify and Shopify Plus, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, and Shopware. The storefront platform changes the connectors and APIs we use, but the goal is the same: clean, real-time flow of orders, inventory, customers, and financials.
What data syncs between my store and NetSuite?
Typically sales orders, payments, and taxes into NetSuite; inventory levels, item fulfillments, and tracking back to the store; and products, pricing, and customer records in whichever direction your system of record dictates. We map exactly what your operation needs and nothing it does not.
Does it support NetSuite OneWorld and multi-currency?
Yes. We handle OneWorld subsidiaries, multiple currencies, and multi-channel setups, mapping each storefront to the right subsidiary, price levels, and accounts so consolidated reporting stays accurate.
How do you keep the integration reliable?
We build in retries, error handling, and alerting, plus reconciliation checks so discrepancies surface immediately. After launch we monitor the sync and stay on hand to adapt it as your catalog, volume, and processes change.
